About the role

We are looking for a Customer Experience & Bookings Coordinator to join our growing team in Mudgeeraba. This part‑time position offers flexible school hours and the chance to develop into a full‑time role while making a real difference to families who use our babysitting services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate with babysitters to ensure availability and handle last‑minute changes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families, understanding their specific childcare needs.
• Use our booking platform and other technology tools to track assignments and update records.
• Identify patterns in booking requests and suggest improvements to processes and customer experience.
• Collaborate with the team to support business growth and meet commercial targets.
