Customer Care Consultant

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with phone and email enquiries.
• Process orders, quotes and back‑order requests.
• Provide product information and recommend solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to support sales and add value.
• Collaborate to achieve team and customer‑service goals.
• Help improve processes and find smarter ways of working.

Required profile

• Previous customer service or call‑centre experience.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• A positive, customer‑first mindset.
• Great attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Confidence using computers and multiple systems.
• A team player who enjoys working with others.
