CT Regional Lead

About the role

Integral Diagnostics (IDX) is seeking an experienced full-time CT Regional Lead for its South Metro Melbourne region, primarily based at the Dandenong clinic. The role provides clinical education, training and technical support to CT radiographers, supporting new radiographers, trainees and upskilling current CT staff, and helping optimise scan quality, workflows and protocols. It reports to the CT Manager and Regional Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical education, training and technical support to CT radiographers
• Support new radiographers, trainees and current CT staff, and help optimise scan quality, workflows and protocols
• Contribute to operational projects and business development initiatives, including equipment procurement, workflow improvements, protocol enhancements and stakeholder collaboration
• Work closely with the CT Modality Lead, radiologists, referrers, Referrer Relationship Specialists and internal support teams to promote safe CT practice and standardised workflows
• Travel between regional sites including Clayton, Springvale, Berwick, Cranbourne, Pakenham, Frankston and Somerville

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years' experience in CT across a wide range of CT examinations
• Experience training or mentoring other CT radiographers or students
• Bachelor of Medical Imaging
• AHPRA registration and Radiation Use Licence
• Willingness to travel between regional sites as needed
• Ability to work the required rostered hours

• Troubleshooting image quality and workflows
• Analyse CT services and operations and propose continuous improvements
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
