Join Burger Urge’s fast‑growing team in Wilsonton as a Crew Member. Whether you’re starting your first job or stepping up to a senior position, you’ll work in a dynamic, team‑focused environment delivering great food and service to our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, welcoming and efficient customer service.
• Take orders and process cash or card payments.
• Prepare and assemble menu items to Burger Urge standards.
• Cook using grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment (training provided).
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food‑safety standards.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep service running smoothly.
• Senior crew may mentor junior staff, lead shifts, and assist with training and quality procedures.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and reliable, team‑focused approach.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to stand for long periods.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and school holidays.
• Valid Australian working rights.
• Food Handling Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• RSA Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
