Creative Designer – Sydney

About the role

Bulletproof is looking for a Designer to join its Sydney studio. The role is centred on creating disruptive, desire‑driving brand experiences that go beyond traditional briefs. You will work across the full design lifecycle, from concept through to production, shaping both visual direction and strategic thinking.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver innovative design solutions that translate early ideas into clear, compelling creative directions.
• Collaborate closely with senior creatives, strategists, and client services to ensure alignment with the broader project vision.
• Manage multiple projects end‑to‑end, overseeing concept development, execution, and print delivery.
• Contribute to pitches and client meetings, articulating design rationale confidently.
• Refine and evolve brand identities, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints while building systems, guidelines, and toolkits.
• Work across disciplines—including motion, digital, 3D, copy, and strategy—to create cohesive brand experiences.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience with a strong portfolio of FMCG and consumer brand work.
• Solid understanding of brand systems (Brandworld/VIS and 360° brand systems).
• Experience beyond packaging, with insight into how brands operate across multiple touchpoints, preferably with global exposure.
• Strategic and conceptual mindset capable of developing strong creative ideas.
• Ability to take ownership of key project parts and progress work independently.
• Confident communication skills for client presentations and internal collaboration.
