About the role

Colony Group is seeking a versatile Designer to join its Brisbane studio. You will create compelling visual solutions for leading brands across digital, social, print and motion platforms, while collaborating with a passionate, creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts and designs for a range of client projects.
• Produce high‑quality assets for digital, social media, print, animation and 3D graphics.
• Stay current with design trends, software, tools and emerging AI technologies.
• Contribute ideas in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience at a leading advertising or design agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating effective, consumer‑focused design work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
