CPAP Therapy Consultant – Sales & Service

About the role

The CPAP Therapy Consultant is responsible for managing the CPAP clinic’s service, sales, administration and operational activities. You will support patients both over the counter and by phone, ensuring they receive the right equipment and therapy guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient enquiries, provide set‑up, ongoing service and equipment fitting according to medical prescriptions.
• Promote and sell CPAP units, accessories and related services, following company policies.
• Maintain patient records in ERP systems (Great Plains, Monday.com) and process transactions, payments and invoices.
• Handle stock management, including rental and sales inventory, stock reconciliation and re‑ordering.
• Ensure diagnostic and therapeutic equipment is cleaned, disinfected and ready for reuse according to company procedures.
• Coordinate equipment servicing and repairs with manufacturers.

Required profile

• Minimum one year retail experience with customer service and sales exposure (advantageous, not mandatory).
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures and medical prescriptions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Capability to stand occasionally and lift up to 5 kg.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems – Microsoft Great Plains and Monday.com.
• Competence in Google Workspace and general computer literacy.
• Basic stock management and inventory reconciliation.
