Courier – Package Collection & Delivery

About the role

Join FedEx as a Courier responsible for the safe, accurate and timely collection and delivery of packages. You will follow designated routes, verify shipments and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring package security.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver packages according to assigned routes and strict schedules.
• Verify and scan package contents at pick‑up and delivery to confirm order accuracy.
• Provide courteous, professional service to customers and address any inquiries.
• Report delivery issues, damaged goods or incorrect addresses promptly.
• Maintain the security of all packages during transport.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Secondary education or equivalent.
• At least one (1) year of professional driving experience.
• Valid Australian C Class (car) licence or Medium Rigid (MR) truck licence (AU License Classifications AUK012 or AUK013).
