Courier – High-Volume Delivery Role

About the role

Join FedEx as a Courier in Eagle Farm, delivering parcels and freight in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. This permanent, full‑time role is ideal for professionals with prior experience in large‑scale delivery operations who thrive on efficiency and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manually load and unload freight following company procedures.
• Complete 50‑60 delivery stops per day, ensuring timely and accurate drop‑offs.
• Represent FedEx with professionalism and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Maintain full compliance with safety regulations, operational standards, and vehicle protocols.

Required profile

• Unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Full C Class driver’s licence with a clean record (no more than six demerit points in the past three years).
• Ability to pass pre‑employment screening, including drug/alcohol testing, driving assessment, criminal check and functional assessment.
• Attention to detail, ability to work efficiently under pressure, and adherence to procedural standards.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Prior experience in courier or freight delivery is highly regarded.
