Country Club Supervisor

About the role

Metung Hot Springs is looking for an experienced and energetic Metung Country Club Supervisor to lead and support its MCC team and oversee the day-to-day operation of the club. This is a hands-on leadership role where you act as the senior contact on shift, supporting the Guest Service Attendant team and keeping high standards across the Pro Shop, bar, café and membership services. You work closely with the General Manager and the wider Metung Hot Springs team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the MCC team, giving guidance, training and direction to maintain high standards of service and presentation.
• Act as the senior contact on shift, managing operational decisions, guest enquiries and issues.
• Oversee the Pro Shop, bar and membership services, including sales, bookings, competitions, stock and golf equipment.
• Coordinate MCC events, group bookings and member activities from enquiry to delivery.
• Support food and beverage operations, including stock ordering, inventory, menus and service standards.
• Manage cash and EFTPOS reconciliation, shift reporting and operational handovers.
• Maintain procedures and keep the club clean, organised, safe and ready for guests and members.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior guest service, hospitality, retail, golf or similar customer-focused role.
• Confident, hands-on leader who enjoys working with people and taking responsibility.
• Current Food Handlers, First Aid and RSA qualifications; willing to obtain a National Police Check.

• POS, cash handling, stock control and general administration.
