About the role
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Cost Manager or Senior Cost Manager to join its Brisbane team. You will work across the full project life‑cycle, supporting real‑estate and construction programmes with accurate cost planning and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Measure all elements for preparation of cost plans and price individual items using first‑principles and market engagement where required.
- Prepare cost reports, assess tender returns, and produce tender recommendation reports.
- Evaluate contractor variations and payment claims, and provide payment recommendations to the Superintendent.
- Compile benchmarking and market intelligence data and utilise the Hive digital platform for deliverables.
Required profile
- 3+ years post‑graduate experience in cost management.
- AIQS of RICS member or on the pathway to membership.
- Experience across pre‑contract, procurement and post‑contract activities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CostX software.
- Familiarity with the Hive digital offering for cost management.
