Corporate Store Manager – Frankston

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer‑obsessed retail leader to manage our Frankston store. You will run the store as if it were your own business, ensuring high service standards and a positive environment for both customers and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Delight customers with excellent service and store standards.
• Recruit, coach and develop your store team.
• Contribute to a safe and positive store environment.
• Drive store success through KPIs, targets and financial performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, presentation and operational standards.
