Contracts Manager – Data Centres and Mission Critical

About the role

The Contracts Manager will oversee contractual compliance and procurement strategies for large, complex data centre construction projects, ensuring optimal cost, supply continuity, and successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Execute procurement contracting strategies and manage RFP processes, including issuing RFPs, chairing meetings, and tracking deliverables.
• Draft and manage contracts between client and contractor, handling variations, extensions of time, and post‑contract claims.
• Perform pre‑qualification checks on tenderers, onboard them to client systems, and ensure quality of contract packages before issuance.
• Provide commercial communication with site stakeholders and support project close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Professional or tertiary qualification in engineering or construction.
• 3‑5 years of experience in procurement, contracts management or construction project management, preferably in data centre or similar technical environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present concise proposals to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment.
