Contract Administrator - University Refurbishment & Fit-Out

About the role

A leading T3 builder is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to support the delivery of a major university refurbishment and fit-out project in Melbourne CBD. This is a 3-month contract with an expected start within the next 2 weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Subcontract administration and management
• Processing variations and change orders
• Assisting with procurement of trade packages
• Cost tracking and commercial reporting
• Contract documentation and compliance
• Supporting project delivery teams with day-to-day contract administration

Required profile

• Previous Contract Administrator experience within the construction industry
• Experience delivering fit-out, refurbishment, commercial or education projects
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
