Content Manager

About the role

LexisNexis is seeking a Content Manager to lead its Core Content team. You will be responsible for maintaining the quality, integrity, and currency of the loose‑leaf, newsletter, and reference content portfolio that serves millions of legal professionals worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing editorial team, fostering an inclusive culture aligned with commercial objectives.
• Oversee portfolio budgets, track performance, and provide forecasting reports.
• Ensure editorial standards, metrics and benchmarks are met across all content types.
• Act as escalation point for author management and resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners, including REPH/Straive, to streamline content updating processes.
• Drive adoption of Generative AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency while preserving content quality.
• Mentor emerging leaders and support employee development through coaching and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing editorial or content teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong budget ownership and analytical reporting skills.
• Ability to lead change initiatives and maintain high engagement during transitions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
