Content Creator – Videographer & Photographer

About the role

Marlo, a funded fintech launching in Sydney, is looking for a talented videographer and photographer to shape its visual identity from day one. You will work alongside a small creative team, capturing high‑quality video and stills for venue partners, creators, influencers and internal marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit video and photo content for venues, chefs, events and brand campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and CMO to develop creative concepts and visual direction.
• Work with a diverse range of talent, including creators, influencers, models and founders.
• Deliver edited assets quickly while maintaining high production standards.
• Produce a short creative brief for a Marlo launch video as part of the application process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in photography, videography and editing, demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
• Interest in startups and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
• Comfort with food, hospitality, nightlife and cultural content (preferred).
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.
