About the role
Total Field Solutions, a provider of tech services across Australia, runs a fast-paced contact centre in Epping, VIC. It handles scheduling, client queries and support for its field technicians so that service delivery stays smooth. As Contact Centre Operator, you will be the main point of contact for clients and technicians, managing job assignments and keeping communication clear.
Key responsibilities
- Allocate and monitor incoming jobs across Australia.
- Answer phone inquiries and manage emails from Head Office and field technicians.
- Liaise with clients to make sure their service expectations are met.
- Manage time-sensitive job allocations with attention to detail.
Required profile
- Prior experience in a fast-paced call centre or administrative environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to multi-task, stay calm under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work a rotating roster between 7am and 6pm and one weekend per month.
Required skills
- Intermediate to advanced PC skills.
