Consultant – Strategy Consulting

About the role

L.E.K. is a global strategy consulting firm that partners with innovative organisations to solve critical business challenges. As a Consultant you will join a high‑performing case team in either Sydney or Melbourne, working closely with Partners, Managers and Associates to deliver actionable recommendations for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Partners and Managers to define key business issues and shape the case agenda.
• Design and structure analyses, directing the team to gather market data, competitive insights and growth drivers.
• Manage day‑to‑day activities of Associates, providing mentorship, feedback and ensuring timely progress against milestones.
• Prioritise multiple work streams, use project‑planning tools, and maintain high‑quality deliverables.
• Supervise analytical work, develop the final output structure, and present findings to clients.
• Identify potential business opportunities and communicate them to senior leadership.
