Construction Worker – Civil Labourer

About the role

Tracc Civil is expanding and seeking reliable, motivated Civil Labourers to join our team. The role involves general civil labouring tasks across the Perth metropolitan area, with paid training and upskilling opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• General civil labouring such as digging, site clean‑up, fencing and more.
• Following safe work procedures and site requirements.
• Safely operating small plant and hand tools.
• Opportunities to operate basic plant equipment like rollers and water carts.

Required profile

• Current and valid driver’s licence with reliable transport (HR licence an advantage).
• Construction Induction (White) Card.
• Reliable, dedicated and team‑oriented.
• Physically fit with strong motivation and work ethic.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol test.

Required skills

• Operating small plant equipment.
• Operating hand tools.
