Construction Litigation Lawyer – Associate/Senior Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Litigation Lawyer with at least three years of post‑admission experience to join a leading national law firm in Queensland. You will advise clients on disputes arising during and after construction projects, focusing on adjudications and expert determinations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on construction disputes and related matters.
• Draft submissions for adjudications and expert determinations.
• Manage high‑value litigation matters on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Instruct counsel and technical experts as required.
• Oversee and mentor junior lawyers working on the team.

Required profile

• Minimum of three years’ post‑admission experience (PAE) in construction litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex, high‑stakes litigation and arbitration.
• Strong interest in progressing within a market‑leading construction law team.
