About the role

We are seeking a Construction Litigation Lawyer to join a leading national law firm in Queensland. The role involves guiding clients through disputes arising during and after construction projects, with a focus on adjudications and expert determinations. You will work on high‑stakes litigation and arbitration matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and draft submissions for adjudications and expert determinations.
• Manage high‑value litigation matters on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Instruct counsel and technical experts as required.
• Oversee the work of junior lawyers.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years post‑admission experience (PAE) in construction litigation.
• Experience handling complex disputes during and after project completion.
• Ability to manage high‑stakes litigation and arbitration matters.
• Strong client‑facing skills and capacity to work with senior partners.
