Construction Labourer – Scaffolding Specialist

About the role

Loading and unloading trucks, ensuring all required equipment is loaded and secured. Transporting, interpreting building plans, and installing or dismantling temporary safety products such as stairs, railings and voids. Preparing and submitting reports, truck maintenance records and work method statements as required.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, secure equipment and match components to the picking list.
• Transport, install and dismantle temporary site safety structures including stairs, railings and voids.
• Prepare and submit reports, maintenance records and work method statements.

Required profile

• Permanent work rights and a valid unrestricted driver’s licence.
• Experience working with scaffolding in residential construction.
• Basic Scaffold Licence (highly advantageous) and Truck Licence (highly advantageous).
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, averaging 40‑50 hours per week.
• Experience leading a crew is highly advantageous.
