Concierge – Full Time

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Concierge to join our hotel team on a full‑time basis. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and delivering personalised services that enhance their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, escort them to reception and assist with luggage handling, delivery and secure storage.
• Organise and deliver special guest amenities, welcome setups and personalised requests.
• Manage driveway traffic, coordinate deliveries at the loading dock and oversee guest bookings for concierge services.
• Maintain high standards of customer service across reception and lobby areas.
• Record, manage and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Stay informed about hotel facilities, daily events, VIP/group arrivals and provide tailored local recommendations.
• Support front‑office operations, checklists and report any accidents, incidents or hazards.
• Administer Adelaidean Resident apartment services and monthly billing accurately.

Required profile

• Previous hotel experience is advantageous.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests, colleagues and partners.
• Physically fit for frequent walking, standing, lifting loads up to 25 kg and occasional heavier items.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Front Office systems, specifically Opera.
