Compensation & Benefits Coordinator

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a motivated Coordinator, Compensation & Benefits to join its South Melbourne team. You will support the design, delivery and continuous improvement of reward programmes for a large, complex construction workforce, applying data‑driven insights and automation to enhance efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support annual remuneration processes and salary reviews.
• Benchmark roles and maintain salary structures.
• Administer benefits including superannuation and insurances.
• Produce reporting on pay equity, costs and turnover trends.
• Maintain data integrity across Workday and other reward systems.
• Identify automation opportunities using Excel, Power BI and Power Automate.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with awards and agreements.

Required profile

• Degree in HR, Commerce, Business, Economics or Data Analytics.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Exposure to compensation, benefits or HR analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
