Community (Strata) Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Community (Strata) Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties across NSW, QLD, SA and VIC. You will act as the primary point of contact for owners, tenants and contractors, ensuring high‑quality service and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strata properties, handling enquiries, complaints and day‑to‑day operations.
• Interpret bylaws and strata legislation and provide guidance to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the Repairs & Maintenance team to obtain quotes, issue work orders and oversee project delivery.
• Prepare and facilitate AGMs, EGMs and Committee meetings, including agendas, budgets and minutes.
• Oversee financial administration, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
• Drive client retention through proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strata or owners corporation management.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and time‑management skills.
• Collaborative, empathetic mindset with a solutions‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Knowledge of strata legislation and bylaws.
• Familiarity with financial administration and budgeting for property portfolios.
