Communications & Stakeholder Management Graduate – 2027 Program

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Communications & Stakeholder Management graduate to join its 2027 Graduate Program in Brisbane. You will be part of a global leader in regenerative infrastructure, contributing to projects that address climate change, water scarcity and sustainable development.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of communication strategies for major infrastructure projects.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build trust and promote project outcomes.
• Assist in creating brand‑building content, media releases and stakeholder reports.
• Participate in three rotational assignments across different business areas to broaden expertise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in communications, public relations, marketing or a related field.
• Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand.
• Graduated between 2024 and 2026 (within the last three years).
• Willingness to travel locally, regionally and interstate for construction project work.

Required skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to analyse stakeholder needs and tailor messages accordingly.
