Common Area Cleaner – Resort Hospitality

About the role

Minor Hotels is expanding its housekeeping team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort. As a Common Area Cleaner you will ensure that all shared guest spaces are spotless, hygienic, and visually appealing, contributing directly to exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all common guest areas to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily cleaning targets.
• Follow safety protocols and environmental standards.
• Operate specialised cleaning equipment and products safely.
• Build professional relationships with guests and colleagues.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a resort or hotel environment (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical fitness for repetitive bending, lifting, and standing.
• Clear communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Operation of specialised cleaning equipment.
