Commercial Relationship Manager – Banking

About the role

The Commercial Relationship Manager will deliver tailored banking solutions to experienced commercial and property finance investors in the Brisbane South area. You will manage a high‑value portfolio, grow existing relationships and attract new business for Suncorp Bank, part of the ANZ Group.

Key responsibilities

• Source, structure and manage commercial and property finance transactions.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and oversee approval processes and documentation.
• Lead, coach and develop junior team members to meet business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to implement sales, service, operational and credit quality initiatives.
• Represent Suncorp Bank in the market, networking with key stakeholders and promoting the brand.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in commercial banking or real‑estate finance.
• Proven track record leading real‑estate finance relationships and transactions.
• Strong risk‑management, relationship‑management and financial‑analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Highly organised, thriving in high‑pressure, customer‑centric environments.
• Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce or property economics are highly regarded.
