Commercial Quality (CQ) Professional

About the role

The CQ Professional will support the execution and continuous improvement of Commercial Quality processes within Johnson & Johnson's QARA International organization. Based in North Ryde, this role ensures the Quality Management System remains effective, compliant, and aligned with global standards, protecting patient safety and product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Document, maintain, and implement Commercial Quality procedures, work instructions, and SOPs in line with global requirements.
• Maintain accurate quality records, including reports, controlled documents, qualification and training records.
• Administer change controls, coordinate implementation activities, and ensure timely completion.
• Support quality risk management through assessments, periodic reviews, and mitigation actions.
• Maintain internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements, keeping documentation current.
• Provide user support and continuous improvement for electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS).

Required profile

• Experience working with quality systems in a regulated commercial environment.
• Strong understanding of quality documentation, change control, and risk management processes.
• Ability to collaborate with regional and global stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and commitment to compliance.

Required skills

• Familiarity with electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS).
• Knowledge of change control procedures.
• Understanding of quality risk assessment methods.
