About the role
A major Perth law firm is looking for a Commercial Litigation Lawyer with 3 to 5+ years of private practice experience. The firm is well known for handling complex disputes and is expanding its litigation team. You will work closely with senior partners across commercial litigation, insolvency, shareholder actions and regulatory disputes.
Required profile
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in commercial litigation, in private practice only
- Admitted to practice in Western Australia
- Skilled in managing contract and insolvency disputes
- Confident communicator and commercially minded
