About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Commercial Lawyer to join our fast‑growing boutique law firm. The role offers a mix of commercial law work, including transactions, drafting, and advisory services, within a supportive and relaxed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial transactions and related documentation.
• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of legal agreements.
• Provide general commercial advice to clients across diverse industries.
• Handle intellectual property matters and commercial leasing arrangements.
• Assist with litigation and property matters as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience in commercial law.
• Demonstrated experience in commercial transactions, agreement drafting, and general commercial advice.
• Knowledge of intellectual property and commercial leasing is essential.
• Experience in litigation or property law is desirable but not mandatory.
