About the role
ANZ is seeking a Commercial Home & Investment Lending Executive to join its Melbourne team. In this senior, full‑time position you will act as the primary lending specialist for mid‑market commercial clients, helping them secure home and investment property financing while safeguarding their financial wellbeing.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and recommend appropriate home and investment lending products for commercial customers.
- Partner with commercial bankers to co‑manage client relationships and expand whole‑of‑wallet opportunities.
- Drive portfolio growth by increasing new customer inflow and reducing attrition.
- Mentor and coach junior lenders and bankers across the region.
- Monitor local market trends, provide insights, and contribute to regional performance targets.
Required profile
- Proven experience in commercial home and investment lending.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with large, complex client groups.
- Ability to lead, influence and develop team members.
- Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales and portfolio targets.
