Commercial Advisor – Perth

About the role

Wood is seeking a proactive Commercial Advisor to join its Perth office. Reporting to the Commercial Manager – Australia, you will support the full commercial lifecycle, from pricing and proposal input to contract administration and post‑award activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and negotiate commercial pricing models and proposals.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑award contract reviews and manage contract administration.
• Monitor commercial performance and manage project risk throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with commercial and contracting policies.
• Resolve disputes, claims and cash‑collection issues.
• Embed commercial governance across projects and support tender governance processes.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, energetic professional with strong commercial acumen.
• Ability to work under supervision while delivering high‑quality commercial outputs.
• Experience in managing commercial risk and ensuring policy compliance.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
