Commercial Account Director – Hybrid

About the role

Experian is seeking a Commercial Account Director to lead its Government Portfolio in Australia. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you will drive growth, engagement and revenue across existing government accounts while expanding the company’s footprint in federal and state sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and expand relationships with 40+ existing government accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key federal and state panels.
• Take commercial lead to achieve positive bidding outcomes and align Experian’s value propositions with client business drivers.
• Maintain and grow revenue footprint within strategic accounts while delivering exceptional client focus and achieving high Net Promoter Scores.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience selling into government markets.
• Proven track record in complex sales and delivering tailored solutions.
• Strong consultative, communication and presentation skills.
• Team‑oriented with an enthusiastic outlook.

Required skills

• Experience with Decisioning software, Credit Bureau data, Open Banking Solutions and Fraud & ID offerings.
