About the role

The South Fremantle Football Club is seeking experienced individuals to join its Colts Talent Pathway program for the upcoming season. Roles include a Head Coach for Strength & Conditioning and Development Coaches focused on tall players, skill development, and bench support. These positions are vital to fostering a high‑performance environment for emerging athletes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver strength and conditioning programs for Colts athletes.
• Coach and mentor players in specific skill areas (tall positions, general skills, bench support).
• Collaborate with club staff to maintain a positive culture and development pathway.
• Ensure compliance with safety and child‑protection policies.

Required profile

• Relevant coaching accreditation (Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3).
• Registered Exercise/Fitness Professional qualification.
• Working with Children / Vulnerable People Check clearance.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Desirable: Sports Management or Business degree, First Aid Certificate, Sports Science or related degree.
