Coffee Expert – Highpoint Boutique

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Coffee Expert to lead, inspire and elevate the coffee experience at our Highpoint boutique. This full‑time position involves rotating shifts, keyholder duties and the opportunity to share your coffee knowledge with both team members and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Share your expertise to ignite a love of coffee within the team and customers.
• Plan, deliver and review engaging coffee training sessions and masterclasses.
• Lead coffee launches and tasting experiences, ensuring every cup meets high standards.
• Act as the boutique’s coffee leader, building team capability and fostering a learning culture.
• Support daily operations, including opening and closing responsibilities as a keyholder.
• Create meaningful customer connections by bringing passion, knowledge and warmth to every conversation.

Required profile

• A true coffee lover with a desire to inspire others.
• Experience in retail or hospitality, preferably with training or leadership exposure.
• Confidence in delivering workshops or coaching team members.
• Strong communication skills to create memorable customer experiences.
• Leadership style that leads by example and supports the team in a fast‑paced boutique setting.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and keyholder duties.
