Cloud & DevOps Engineer

About the role

Accenture is seeking an experienced Cloud & DevOps Engineer to design, build and maintain secure, scalable cloud platforms for enterprise clients. You will work closely with engineering, architecture and delivery teams to drive automation, reliability and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage AWS cloud infrastructure, including EC2, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, S3 and ElastiCache.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible and Packer.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
• Deploy and support containerised applications on Kubernetes, Docker and OpenShift.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting solutions using ELK and other observability tools.
• Apply cloud security best practices and troubleshoot production incidents.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps or Platform Engineering.
• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS services.
• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines and working with Linux (RHEL or equivalent).
• Australian citizenship with an active security clearance.
