About the role
Savers is hiring a Clothing Sorter & Hanger for its Brunswick store in Melbourne, reporting to the Production Manager. The role involves sorting donations received from charity partners and preparing clothing for the retail floor.
Key responsibilities
- Accept donations on behalf of the store's not-for-profit partners
- Meet and engage with customers and donors, sharing the Savers story to give them an excellent experience
- Sort donations
- Pricing, grading and hanging products so they are ready for the retail floor
- Work with the team to meet daily production targets
- Support the store's safety culture
Required profile
- Availability for part-time hours, Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 3.30pm
- Team player who enjoys helping others meet team goals
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, such as retail, production, warehousing or hospitality
- Customer-focused and eager to learn
