Clinical Trial Program Manager

About the role

Monash University is recruiting a Clinical Trial Program Manager (Job No. 697631) at Monash Medical Centre. You will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of two clinical trials: STRAP, an international adaptive platform trial, and ISAAC, an Australian multi-centre trial, so that both studies achieve their objectives and improve patient outcomes and evidence-based healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of trial management, from start-up, site activation and protocol development through to ongoing operations, governance and reporting.
• Lead and develop a skilled project team while managing budgets, ethics and regulatory approvals, data quality, safety monitoring and risk.
• Ensure both trials meet Good Clinical Practice (GCP) requirements and are delivered to the highest standards.
• Build and maintain partnerships across diverse research settings, give expert advice to investigators and governance committees, and navigate complex, multi-site trial environments.

What we offer

• Full-time, 3-year fixed-term appointment.
• Remuneration of $124,343 - $137,251 per year at HEW Level 08, plus 17% employer superannuation.
