Clinical Specialist - Trauma & CMF, Adelaide

About the role

Johnson & Johnson's Orthopaedics team is adding a Clinical Specialist position in Adelaide for its Trauma & Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) team. Working alongside Product Specialists, you provide in-theatre clinical support to hospital-based customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical and in-theatre support, partnering with healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective use of Trauma & CMF products
• Build relationships with surgeons, nurses and key stakeholders, identify growth opportunities and support expansion of the Trauma & CMF portfolio in priority accounts
• Deliver product education and training programs for hospital staff and customers
• Work with cross-functional teams on inventory management and customer engagement activities

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in a health-related field (e.g. Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Science, Chiropractic, Paramedicine)
• Experience providing clinical support in the operating theatre during orthopaedic surgeries is highly regarded
• Ability to work under pressure in an operating theatre environment and to work after hours and weekends on a rotating roster
• Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills; autonomous and organised with good time management
• Rights to work in Australia, a reliable car and a valid driver licence
