Clinical Research Associate II – Remote (Australia)

About the role

Join a global CRO with a close‑knit Australian team, delivering Phase I‑IV studies across oncology, neuroscience, immunology and more. This remote‑first position offers regular onsite visits to Australian sites and a clear pathway for career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine monitoring visits, including site selection, initiation, ongoing monitoring and close‑out.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investigators and site staff as the primary point of contact.
• Ensure studies adhere to protocol, SOPs, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and local regulations, delivering clean data and accurate safety reporting.
• Collaborate with global project teams, providing on‑the‑ground insights to support timelines and quality.

Required profile

• Current CRA II with at least 18 months of independent monitoring experience.
• Comfortable managing multiple protocols and therapy areas.
• Strong communicator who values honest relationships with sites.
• Based in Australia with full working rights and ability to travel for site visits.

Required skills

• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) knowledge.
• Clinical trial monitoring and site management.
