Clinical Care Director - Aged Care Home

About the role

Randstad is recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse to act as second-in-command at a South West Sydney aged care home. Reporting directly to the Residential Aged Care Manager, you will lead clinical care programs, mentor staff and help the facility deliver the highest standard of resident care.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and their families
• Train, mentor and empower the next generation of nurses and care staff
• Oversee daily clinical operations, compliance, reporting and stock management
• Continuously improve and refine tailored clinical care programs
• Assist with the financial and budget management of the home

Required profile

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• 3+ years of nursing management experience (ward level or above) with a background in aged care
• Proven experience managing care teams and operational budgets
• Honest, ethical leadership style with a passion for continuous learning and resident wellbeing
