Client Sales & Experience Assistant

About the role

As the first and last point of contact for clients in our Walkerville showroom, you will guide customers through engagement rings, bespoke commissions, wedding bands and fine jewellery. This is a client‑focused sales position where your consultative approach turns interest into purchase while upholding the brand’s high standards of craftsmanship and service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalised, consultative sales assistance on the showroom floor, converting enquiries into sales.
• Manage repair and insurance work, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Develop and nurture VIP client relationships, building a repeat‑business book.
• Maintain showroom presentation to reflect the brand’s premium image.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets with strong conversion and upsell rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years proven experience in retail or luxury sales.
• Natural warmth and ability to make clients feel cared for, not sold to.
• Commercially minded with a focus on results through relationships.
• Impeccable personal presentation and clear communication across all channels.
• Ability to stay composed and friendly on a busy showroom floor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for client management.
• Basic understanding of jewellery, gemstones, metals and manufacturing processes.
• Gemology qualification is a plus, but not mandatory.
