Client Relationship Manager

About the role

SANY, a leading global manufacturer of construction and heavy equipment, is expanding its presence in Southeast Asia and seeks a Client Relationship Manager for its Perth office. The role focuses on promoting financing solutions, supporting sales conversion, and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Promote financing solutions to end customers and support sales conversion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal sales teams and dealers.
• Conduct preliminary credit screening and support credit assessment processes.
• Coordinate with insurance partners to ensure proper coverage of financed assets.
• Monitor customer payments and manage overdue accounts.
• Prepare and execute financing agreements and related documentation.
• Support reporting and administrative tasks in collaboration with HQ.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in digital or marketing management is advantageous.
