Client Relationship Consultant

About the role

Join the NDSP team within Gallagher Bassett Services as a Client Relationship Consultant. You will support disability service providers and participants navigating the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), ensuring a smooth and compliant financial experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices and reimbursements accurately, adhering to service standards.
• Assist disability service providers in preparing Agency‑compliant invoices and resolve any queries.
• Act as the single point of contact for providers, delivering timely resolutions and a seamless client experience.
• Contribute to simplifying financial administration for people with disabilities, enabling them to focus on their personal goals.

Required profile

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, or call‑centre environments.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities with an empathetic approach.
• Ability to multitask effectively, including typing while speaking.
• Motivation to meet targets and deliver high‑quality service.
• Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check and an NDIS Worker Check.
