Client Partner / Account Director

About the role

Kiindred is seeking a Client Partner to own and grow relationships with a portfolio of brands, driving commercial growth across its media, content, production and creator ecosystem. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, sales and client service, helping shape the next chapter of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of brands.
• Identify and pursue commercial growth opportunities within existing accounts and new business leads.
• Connect brands with Kiindred’s media, content, production and creator offerings, crafting integrated solutions.
• Lead campaigns from brief through delivery, ensuring timely, high‑quality execution.
• Create compelling proposals and presentations that translate client briefs into commercially sound ideas.
• Introduce brands to the upcoming Kiin Creators platform and demonstrate its value.
• Monitor campaign performance, communicate results and use insights to strengthen relationships.
• Manage budgets, revenue targets, forecasting and pipeline priorities.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in strategic account management, client partnerships or a similar commercial role, preferably in publishing, media, creative or creator/social agencies.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with a proven ability to turn good client experiences into lasting partnerships.
• Commercially minded with experience growing existing accounts and generating new business.
• Understanding of content, creators, social media and digital publishing trends.
