Civil / Site Engineer – Major Projects (Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Civil / Site Engineers to support planning, compliance and delivery on major infrastructure projects across Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. You will work closely with site and project management teams to keep works on schedule and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site engineering activities across project scopes.
• Coordinate subcontractors, develop programming schedules and oversee quality control.
• Oversee set‑out, site measurement and preparation of technical documentation.
• Ensure safety, compliance and quality standards are met on‑site.
• Liaise with project managers, clients and consultants to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent experience pathway.
• Minimum 2 years of site experience on infrastructure, civil or commercial projects.
• Strong set‑out, documentation and programming (scheduling) abilities.
• Current safety tickets and relevant licences.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to work on‑the‑tools when needed.
