Civil Project Manager

About the role

Durack Civil is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil construction projects, covering planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
• Coordinate on‑site activities, supervise subcontractors, and manage client and stakeholder relationships.
• Prepare progress reports, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of civil project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Understanding of safety, quality and environmental management systems.
• Valid driver's licence.
