About the role

An established multi-brand food franchise business is looking for a Chief Executive Officer to lead its next phase of growth. The role reports to the Board and focuses on network growth, store performance and strengthening each brand's value for franchise partners and customers. It is advertised as remote, with an East Coast base and travel.

Key responsibilities

Set the strategy and lead the executive team
Grow the franchise network
Drive store performance
Make each brand a stronger proposition for franchise partners and customers

Required profile

Senior leadership of a multi-site consumer business with full P&L accountability
Experience leading a franchise, licensee or dealer network
A strong grasp of unit economics and store-level performance
A hands-on leader who is credible with franchise partners, teams and the board
