About the role
Join the award‑winning culinary team at Bannisters Mollymook, working across the renowned Rick Stein restaurant and the vibrant Rooftop Bar & Grill. The role offers full‑time and casual opportunities for chefs from Commis to Chef de Partie level.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present high‑quality dishes in a fast‑paced, à la carte environment.
- Take ownership of a designated kitchen section during service (Chef de Partie level).
- Support stock rotation, inventory management and minimise waste.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe kitchen complying with food safety standards.
Required profile
- Recognised chef trade qualification.
- Previous experience in a quality à la carte restaurant.
- Ability to work under pressure on rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Reliable vehicle and licence for travel to the property.
Required skills
- Food safety and hygiene knowledge.
- Inventory management and stock rotation.
